In continuing our mission of encouraging fellowship among the public finance community, promoting standards of high professional integrity, and providing events and educational activities for our community to meet, share ideas and learn, APFP is hosting this virtual workshop lead by Tanya M. Odom, Ed.M. global consultant, writer, coach, and diversity, equity, and inclusion and civil rights thought leader.
Join us to:
• Increase awareness and understanding of unconscious bias;
• Understand the connection between unconscious bias and microaggressions; and
• Learn mitigation strategies for addressing unconscious bias.
